Your Data, Your Control
Can I see everything you have on me?
Absolutely. Your records are yours. Request a complete copy anytime and we'll have it ready within days, not weeks. No fees, no hoops to jump through.
What if something in my record is wrong?
Tell us and we'll fix it. Healthcare records aren't perfect, and we'd rather correct an error than defend it. Your accuracy matters more than our pride.
Can I limit who sees my information?
Yes. If you want certain information restricted to specific team members, just ask. We'll accommodate you wherever clinically safe to do so.
What if I want to leave?
We'll transfer your complete records to your new provider and delete our copies upon request. No retention tricks, no making it difficult. Your health journey continues even if our paths diverge.
What if I have a concern?
Contact us directly — our privacy officer is a physician, not a legal department. If you're not satisfied, you can also contact the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, but we'd rather resolve it with you first.
