Refund and Cancellation Policy — White Pine Medical, 2 Hampton Road, Rothesay, NB E2E 5K9

Cancellation policy: Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Moving to another date is free. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, half the session fee is charged. Call (506) 847-7263, reply to any email from us, or email bookings@whitepinemedical.ca. Email is received at any time, and the time your message arrives is what counts.

Missed appointment: If you do not attend, half the session fee is charged. An unpaid fee never stops you booking or receiving care.

If we cancel: we contact you as early as we can, offer the first available new time, and charge no fee.

Refunds: we refund you if you overpaid, paid twice, or paid for a service that was not provided. Programmes and packages follow the written terms you agreed. Refunds go back to your original payment method where possible. Questions: bookings@whitepinemedical.ca.
