White Pine Medical was created to complement the public healthcare system by offering something it does not have the time or structure to provide: dedicated, physician-led planning focused on prevention, resilience, and healthy aging.

We will also be opening in Summer 2026 a publicly funded unscheduled / urgent care clinic for non-life-threatening conditions covered by Medicare. These services are separate by design, though they share systems and learning so that innovations developed in one environment can benefit the other.

If you are exploring preventive, longevity, or structured health planning, the first step is a Physician Concierge Appointment with Dr. James French.

What Is the Physician Concierge Appointment?

The Physician Concierge Appointment is a one-on-one session (approximately 60–90 minutes) designed to:

• Clarify your health goals and priorities

• Review your current health situation at a high level

• Identify areas of elevated risk that may require attention

• Help you understand what options exist within both the public system and private preventive care

• Determine whether White Pine Medical is the right fit for you

This appointment is not a treatment visit and does not obligate you to continue into any program.

Many people use this session purely to gain clarity and reassurance. Others decide to proceed into more comprehensive assessment or ongoing care. Both outcomes are completely acceptable.

Fee

Physician Concierge Appointment: $300 CAD

This fee reflects:

• Dedicated physician time

• Pre-visit review of your submitted information

• A structured, thoughtful conversation focused entirely on you

This service is not covered by Medicare.

What Happens After the Concierge Appointment?

Depending on your goals and situation, possible next steps may include:

• No further action, with guidance you can take back to your existing care team

• Enrollment in a comprehensive longevity and preventive health assessment

One such option is our Comprehensive Longevity Assessment, which may include (when appropriate):

• In-depth medical and psychological assessments

• Review of existing electronic health records

• Full-spectrum bloodwork and hormone evaluation

• Genetic testing related to nutrition and medication tolerance

• Advanced body composition, metabolic, and cardiorespiratory fitness testing

• Personalized dietary and lifestyle planning

These programs are discussed only after the concierge appointment and only if they align with your goals.

What This Is Not

• This is not an emergency or urgent care visit

• This is not a shortcut to diagnoses, prescriptions, or tests

• This is not a requirement to enroll in ongoing care

Your comprehensive longevity assessment includes:

• Comprehensive health analysis (2 hours)
• At-home genetic and biological testing kits
• In-person precision assessment at our Rothesay facility
• Personalized health optimization roadmap
• Up to 12 months of expert coaching support
